First and always a lover of the Triune God, I am also a writer, photographer, teacher, gardener, the happy wife of Peter; a Mama, Nana, friend, sister, daughter, god-mother, co-founder of House on the Way,  and 31 years sober.  An introverted lover of beautiful books, roses, and privacy I am also deeply interested in the works and lives of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien and the Inklings.

For many years I have been concerned with issues involving order, creativity, balance, meaning and righteousness. Living at peace with these in full bloom in my own life has often eluded me but the longing to live fully and well has been an enduring thread in my pursuits. Finding this same set of longings, questions, and hopes in others prompted me to make this pursuit more public.
